Según comuneros de Mezcala, los aproximadamente cuatro mil 500 habitantes de ese poblado rentan a Luismin mil 300 hectáreas, Carrizalillo 970 hectáreas y Xochipala 450, y lo más justo sería que la empresa regularizara el pago de renta de tierras con las dos comunidades pendientes.
